Crisis Response Company (“CRC,” “we,” “us”) respects the privacy of visitors to this website. This policy explains what information we do and do not collect when you use this site, and the choices you have. This is a general notice and not legal advice.

The short version

• We do not use advertising or marketing trackers on this site.
• Our only analytics is cookieless. It counts page views in aggregate. It stores nothing on your device, cannot identify you, and cannot follow you to other sites.
• We do not load ad pixels, tag managers, or social-media tracking scripts.
• We do not sell or share your personal information.
• No advertising or video script loads before you interact with the site.

Information we collect

Information you submit. If you use our contact or employment forms, we collect the information you provide (such as your name, email address, phone number, organization, and message) so we can respond to you. We use it only for that purpose.

Technical logs. Like virtually all websites, our hosting provider automatically records standard request information — including your IP address, browser type, and the pages requested — for the limited purposes of delivering the site, security, and abuse prevention. These logs are not used to build advertising or marketing profiles.

Cookies and tracking

This site sets no cookies for advertising or cross-site tracking, and the analytics service described below sets no cookies and stores nothing on your device. We do not operate an advertising pixel, tag manager, session recorder, or profiling process, and we use no service that builds a persistent identifier for you or recognizes you across websites.

Third-party services

• Hosting / content delivery. The site is served through our hosting and content-delivery provider, which processes request data as described under “Technical logs.”
• Analytics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, a privacy-preserving analytics service, to count page views and measure page-load performance. It loads with the page. It sets no cookies, uses no other storage on your device, and creates no persistent identifier, so it cannot recognize you on a later visit or track you across other websites. What it reports to us is aggregate only: counts of page views and visits, the page path, the referring site, and your country, device type, browser, and operating system. We have configured it to exclude Europe entirely: for visitors served by a Cloudflare data center in the European Union or European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, the analytics script is not loaded and no analytics data is collected.
• Typography. We use a licensed web-font service (Adobe Fonts) to display our brand typeface. Serving a font necessarily discloses your IP address to the font provider as part of delivering the font file; it is not used to track you across sites.
• Embedded video. Any embedded video on this site loads only after you click to play it, using a privacy-enhanced player (youtube-nocookie.com). No request is made to the video provider until you choose to play the video.

Your California privacy rights

California residents may have rights to know what personal information we hold about them, to request deletion, and to not be discriminated against for exercising those rights. Because we do not sell or share personal information, and our analytics is cookieless, aggregate, and does not identify you, the information we hold about you is generally limited to what you voluntarily submit through our forms. Data retention

We keep form submissions only as long as needed to respond to your inquiry and for reasonable business and legal record-keeping, after which they are deleted.
